Thomas Hardye Sixth Form volunteer fair

Three of our sailors attended the Thomas Hardye Sixth Form volunteer fair this week, to spread the word about Chesil Sailability and see if there were any potential volunteers interested among their students! It was a busy lunch time in the common room, but the Paralympic lantern that Ian, one of our sailors and a former Paralympic flame ambassador, had brought along proved to be a great attraction. After only 40 mins we had 17 people who were interested, so it was a great success! Many thanks to Mrs Killick at Thomas Hardye's for arranging the event, and inviting us!
