Burghfield TT

With our season just getting underway for all our sailors, our race team sailors have been warming up at the first Hansa UK Class Association event of the year - a Traveller Trophy event at Burghfield Sailability this week. Two boats, crewed by Anaick and David Ankers and Philip Hall and Dick Foyle, did well! Anaick and David scored two thirds, before having to retire because of a bent boom, while Dick and Philip kept the flag flying for Team Chesil, scoring a second and finishing 4th overall. Thank you to our team support crew of Des and Marcus for getting us there, and afloat!

This is the first event on the path to the Nationals and Europeans that we are heading to this year - a great encouraging start!
